Creating a menu is an art and a science. We based on the produce you have access to, our team will create an easy to produce and tasty menu for your business. 

This will include:

  • A complete list of benefits for all major ingredients

Once your menu is complete, We will walk you through the process of costing out your menu. Based on the information you provide, we will collaborate on making sure that each drink has the appropriate profit margin built in.


We will create a custom equipment list for your juice bar business. Taking into consideration your space, your budget and potential sales volume to determine the perfect equipment list for your business.


Before you sign your lease, we will look a the many elements  that will contribute to your success in a given location. Our team will offer you feedback on the viability of your success in this location.


Beyond aesthetics, which are clearly important, we will look at the flow of customers as well as employees to create a seamless purchasing and working experience. 


Having a Unique Brand Position is extremely important for any mature business. We will explore what elements make your business unique, as well as how these aspects will be reflected in all areas of your business. 


We will guide you through the implementation of proven marketing strategies on and offline to build awareness about your brand.

Based on your total budget we will collaborate on allocating the appropriate amounts to all major categories of your business to ensure priority in spending. 


We will discuss best practices to finding vendors and manage vendor relationships.


Our team will share the best practices for hiring an Architect. We will also do interviews with up to 3 potential Architects to offer our professional opinion on who will be the best fit and is offering the most reasonable price. 


  We will review at least 3 itemized bids and from there will guide you through the process of hiring your contractor. Sharing the best ways to validate your contractor and negotiate and save money during the build out process.


You will give us scheduled updates so we can collectively make sure they are on schedule and executing the build out appropriately, through video, pictures and systematic accountability of work performed.


Our team will offer you a perspective on the best practices for interviewing and the characteristics you want to search for when hiring great staff members. We will also hold video interviews or in person interviews (depending on proximity) for up to  5  management level staff members being considered. 

We will also discuss how many staff members are needed and what positions are needed based on your projected daily sales.


Someone from the Startajuicebar team will come to your location for 3 days excluding travel days. 

  • 1st day we will meet with your core team. This could business owners and any management staff. We will go over any last minute elements that need to be executed before training and opening.
  • 2nd day. Training. We will need the entire staff there, we will go over all aspects to prepare your staff for the opening. 
  • 3rd day. Soft opening - This will be friends, family and a walk in traffic day with little to no marketing. Our focus will be to slowly ease your staff into real day to day production.

We will plan to travel on the days before and after this.  

NOTE: All air fare and hotel fees will be taken care of by client. 
More days of training are also available and will affect the total scope of the project.

You will be given a business plan and financial template to be modified. 

We will schedule 4  - 1 Hour Consulting Calls

  • 1st Call will be an introduction to completing your business plan
  • 2nd Call we will go over any questions and I will offer my feedback based on the first submission of your business plan.
  • 3rd Call will be the final round of notes based on your 2nd submission
  • 4th Call will be to discuss Financial Projections and Development of Term Sheet, if applicable.

You will be given a rough location design outlining the placement of all major equipment. P.O.S, sinks, counter-tops and more. This can be given to your contractor-architect for official plans to be submitted if necessary.
